You’ll get a candidate’s source files and a high-level summary of their skills, stripped of demographic info in order to reduce bias. However you want to evaluate is up to you, but you’ll get the information you need to make a decision, upfront.
Keming is only focused on design hiring. We’ve been on both sides of the hiring process and we know firsthand how exhausting the interview process can be. We also realize how the existence of a design exercise can inadvertently weed out great candidates.
